Michael A Potter International began its international expansion in early 2003 to address the growing demand for HR Training and Consultancy in developing markets. Through UKTI Market Visits, MPA was able to develop contacts and establish a presence in countries such as Germany, Vietnam, Ghana, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Finland, Bulgaria, Romania and New Zealand.
Michael A Potter makes 8-9 visits a year running various workshops and events in addition to featuring as a keynote speaker at annual conferences for many National and International HR Associations including IFTDO, ARTDO, SHRI, ISPI, PMAP and NEEM.
Michael A Potter recently released his first publication, "Mentoring In The Fast Lane", a practical, hands on guide providing useful hints, tips and advice on how to be an effective mentor in the busy world of today.
