Michael A Potter is an International Management Development Trainer and HRM Consultant. Michael is one of the UK’s leading training and management development consultants and has worked in an advisory capacity for a variety of top businesses.
Michael holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and an MA in Organisational Analysis and Behaviour from the University of Lancaster. He has over 20 years of HR and Business experience both as a practitioner and as a Consultant. Michael has worked with many organisations from both the public and private sectors in the UK and overseas.
His areas of expertise include Professional Development, Project Management, Interim Management, Delivery of Skills Training and Strategic Business Management.
Michael is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, as well as an active member of the North European HRM Forum. He has also presented at conferences, training workshops and seminars in numerous countries including, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Bulgaria, Germany, Finland and Sweden.
Nicole Ferguson BSc (Hons) MSc - Business Support Manager
Nicole graduated from Swansea University with a first class honours degree in Psychology and holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology. She has previously worked in both public and private sector businesses.
Nicole works with MPA as a Junior Consultant and Business Support Manager, and is currently working towards Chartered Occupational Psychologist status.
She holds BPS Level A in Psychometric Testing and her areas of interest are: personnel selection and assessment, organisational development, training, stress management and employee relations.
Susan is an experienced Training Consultant who has worked for many years in both public and private organisations. She specialises in the design and delivery of training in personnel and management skills and has completed Level A and B Psychometric Testing.

Martyn has had a career largely spent in management working as part of a small team, often overseas, seeking to develop business opportunities. Much of Martyn’s work has been of a practical nature that has entailed him working with and motivating a wide range of individuals so as to achieve through their actions.
Martyn has worked for the UKTI in the area of export promoter in Vietnam, the Philippines and Singapore, and so has a real understanding of the culture and business environment. Martyn is MPA’s International colleague who aids us with our International side of the business.

Graham is a senior generalist and line manager who is used to operating in a challenging front line role in rapidly changing business environments. Graham has a proven track record in each job of developing and delivering quality HR services to meet company strategy thus adding value to the business.
He also has proven experience in employee and leadership development, taking organisational development forward and change management. Graham is highly skilled in employee relations and law and demonstrates commitment and excellent relationship management skills. He is self-motivated in creating an environment that is quality and deadline focused.

Chris also works for the Engineering Council where he helps to formulate national and international policies on areas such as Continuing Professional Development. Through his work he has provided leadership and national focus for Professional Development in the Engineering profession. Chris adopts a practical approach which aims to help individuals enhance their professional competence and status, contributing to bottom line business success.
