Designed to raise awareness in the areas of job evaluation, job analysis and job matching. It includes three exercises and covers partnership working, diversity, perception, pay equality, the NHS job evaluation scheme, the matching procedure and the local evaluation procedure.
Job Matching - 2 Day Course
Objectives: To know how to match jobs to national profiles, to be able to explain the principles of equality and equal pay in job evaluation, to be able to work as part of a panel and to know how to complete the appropriate job matching documentation.
Job Analysis and Evaluation - 2 Day Course
Objectives: To know how to analyse and evaluate jobs, to be able to work with a partner, to know how bias can occur in job analysis and evaluation and to know how to complete the appropriate documentation.
